How long is delivery?
We currently offer FREE UK Standard delivery.
Express Delivery is £5.99.

How long is delivery?
As all our cushions are made to order, we need a few days to make, quality check, pack and dispatch your order. We aim for all mainland UK orders to be delivered in 2-4 working days. If you require your order a bit quicker, choose the 'Express Delivery' option at checkout.

If you require your order by a specific day, please let us know and we will always try to help.

Where do you deliver to?
Currently we only offer UK delivery, however we plan to open this up to other countries as soon as we can.

Who do you use for delivery?
All parcels are sent by either Royal Mail 24/48 or Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day. 

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, a tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.

What if my parcel arrives late or damaged?
We do our best to dispatch orders in 1-2 days. Once orders are dispatched we rely on Royal Mail to deliver on time. Usually orders are delivered on time, but if your order has not arrived when expected please let us know. Please be aware all delivery times are estimated.

If your order arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible.
